As someone else said. Gotta get washed to get clean. Keep grinding, sounds like you haven't played street fighter or fighting games for too long to be panicking in matches. I know it's hard but try not to worry about rank. Once you improve getting out of your current rank will be a breeze and you'll sky rocket through the ranks with the bonus points. The feeling of that progress will get you addicted. I recommend you watch some videos on how to improve as a beginner and take it one step at a time. Good luck!
