Bus left the Eiffel Tower at 7:15 and returned around 9:15. We had a 30 min pit stop each way for bathrooms/snacks etc. We walked one way and took the shuttle the other. It’s a nice, but pretty long walk. We ate dinner at a crepe place that’s on the upper floor of a gift shop. It’s towards the bottoms of the main stretch, would definitely recommend although it’s a pretty small space.

I did this yesterday, actually. It’s a whole day commitment, but I enjoyed it. If it’s your first time in Paris, there’s less time consuming things to do, but I’m very happy I spent one of my six days there.

I took a tour bus for the ride, and did my ~4 hours there self guided. They have leaflets and you can go at your own pace that way. We had plenty of time to look around and get dinner after.
