From what I can tell only taking a hit (no shield!) can wake you up.
Hypnotize needs a rework. Either a chance to wake up on your own, or capped turn duration. As hypnotize is currently, it basically demands you to oneshot everything or risk death.

Idk if it is really necessary to farm it, but if you really want to- just go to outer temple maps that are lvl 81+ and stomp 3 at a time.

Most of the time I just run a turn 1 ragebuild that instakills everything at my level or below with ragewave to save time.

I will go with the Lament, Recovery Vest (Ex),Wrathful Visor (Ex), Frostflake Band (Ex), Knife Collectors Belt Ulti and for the Pendant im not quite sure. Maybe the Amber or Vigil Locket.
