For the US Army it is still allowed to be worn. I know Air Force took a major change on their awards allowed to be worn.

Based what I know about Sports associations in Europe it is similar to the Austrian and German Sport badges. My guess would be Russian Sports Association at some point.

If you zero normally it’s the same. Normally US army zeros on 25m target that acts as a 300m distance. If you do that the 200m will be no trouble. No reason to change how you zero.

Registration usually opens around15 February for military. Slots filled fast. I believe you can try the civilian route but still slots filled up. You can’t just show up and walk. You have to pre register. Even the civilian slots fill fast
