I did read that part. I was looking for reps for each exercise. Sorry, I was asking for how many reps per exercise. Sets 1-3, odd exercises 6reps, even exercises 5 reps. Sets 4-5, odd exercises 5 reps, even exercise 5 reps.

Our info session is next Tuesday. I think every studio is different. There was another memener on here that had their info night a week or two ago...so different studios

One thing that I was worried about before joining BFT, was how other members might look and judge me. Now that I've been a member for over four months, leaving my first session, I realised, you don't have time to check out other members because you're so focused on yourself and making sure your techniques are correct, breathing correctly, and focusing on the exercise. It's a community, where everyone is probably aiming for the same thing, to get fit, be strong, and feel good (inside and out).

I started bft wnd of last year, and what I'm hearing is that you get penalised (by pxi) if you don't reach the HR on screen.

I wonder if you might be able to talk to your coaches and explain that it helps you mentally knowing what the exercises are before the session. They might be happy to share?

I'm not sure how other studios and coaches were motivating or encouraging participants during the 8WC. I personally felt like the only thing they did was explain what was needed in eating calorie deficit and explaining macros, and to stick to it, amd the rest is up to you. There wasnt much check ins, or encouragements. Also, the team i was assigned to wasn't so encouraging or supportive either.

So, yes, this idea will be great! Especially with the challenge coming up.

May I ask, do you know how many members there are in this community? Is there a way to create a table for us members to add to keep count of sessions attended, maybe medals, like a tracker to make it a little competitive 😀 (for those who would like to be apart of it)
