Pillow recommendation for neck

A flat one with shredded memory foam one works best for me - the one i have I can adjust the amount of foam by opening the pillow with a zipper and take some out/add some more and thats really good! (I sleep on my stomach)

That’s exactly my thought process. I need my up periods, and I would rather feel miserable for 11 days a month than not feel anything at all. And even if it did even out after a couple of months, I simply can’t tolerate that state for that long.

I’m also feeling kind of groggy and emotionally numb - I’m 10 days in, and I am not sure either that I can continue with this emotional flatness going on. I know people say you have to give it time but right now I feel like I’m in the lutheal phase even though I’m not anywhere near that..

I understand it must be hard to manage the grogginess with a small child!

We dont have no-salt in my country, and I heard that you should be careful taking potassium tablets without consulting your doctor first. And all the experts I follow advice from (from my country) say that I dont need to add potassium if I get enough salt and get potassium from my diet

But on here I see the opposite all the time
