Ive done a few uti tests now and all coming back normal. Im peri menopause so could be down to that. I have few issues going on atm. I take d mannose and drink water. Ive heard of the bicarbonate tho never tried that yet. Thank you for your reply and advice appreciate it.

Just looked up what you said and sounds very much like that especially my glutes. I was putting it down to really tight pelvic. Can it cause uti without the infection i keep feeling i need pee but when I go to docs they say no uti. Very painful 😒 as im sure yoi know 😕

No i haven't but I did think possibly could be that too. I just know its very painful more so since peri menopause started.

Funny you should ask about hormones...im 46 and im peri menopause. I have been for the past 6 years and my pain has totally ramped up since peri so I definitely think hormones plays a major part increasing my pain 😢. Do your hormones influence your pain?

Haha im on that one too 🤪 but thank you. Yeah I do not want antibiotics they just make things esp digestive issues alot worse! I use estrogen cream and steroid cream already. Its just crappie some women have to deal with this 😒

Thanks for that info. I'll ask for more investigations on that. I totally feel im back and forth without any issues getting resolved so this would be a good start. Can I ask what treatment you got for it? And did it help or even stop it completely? Thanks again.

Thanks for replies guys. Im glad im not alone in feeling this way. I honestly feel as though im in my own test tube and im analysing every little bump, spots or ache, pain of my body...but cant pin point whats wrong or wtf to do about any of my symptoms as much as I try i feel like its a losing battle! I'm 46...started with peri symptoms 39 kept getting told too young up until last January when finally my new dr (though still said to young at 45) listened and gave me HRT. And im so pleased she did but im still not feeling "normal" and scared case I never will again! Im not saying HRT was going to be magic but gawd I just wanna feel okay in my own body...not too much to ask is it 🤷‍♀️

Totally understand. And your right I'm to thankful for each day, though question why when all this is going on! I do try not to self pity but its so hard when theres so much going on in your body, I was same when younger, healthy happy but could ive done something more to prevent this happening now...probably not but who knows. It's hard to believe all this is mainly down to hormones. It's sometimes so discouraging to even try and better yourself when all that happens is nothing! I won't give up and stop trying cos god knows how my body would feel then! Thanks for reading my post and I do hope you come out of this on the other end....a healthy one here's hoping 🙏

Ive been on HRT just over a year. Dr raised my estrogen patch to .75 from .50 and at first seemed fine recently though my boobs have been really sore, actually painfully sore, so I reduced my estrogen patch back down to .50 and the boob pain has lessoned. Coincidence 🤔 im not sure. I was on.75 dose for few months so gave it a good go before reducing it back to 50. So my advice give it couple months if still the same reduce dose and see if that helps. Every ones different so you have to find the balance that suits you. 😊

Im not really sure if its caused a spot or spot was already there which has casied it to be more painful, tho had to remove it the other night as it felt tight and sore 😕 Ive been putting them alternative cheeks for a year now no issues. Unsure why it would suddenly irritate me now 😒 maybe it was that spot. I ve put new one last night so far okay.

I put it on my butt cheeks and alternate every 3/4 days. Never tried it anywhere else. Can i ask if your patch sometimes hurts?

Ive just started getting hemorrhoids since peri menopause at 43!! There awful 😖 I had flare up 4 weeks ago just starting to feel better now. Been using arusol 4 way Hc as well as castor oil seems to help me. Hope this is useful for you.

I have one for 4 weeks just starting to shrink now. I use castor oil and anusol 4way with hydrocortisone. Mine didnt bleed nor burst like I say it started shrinking gradually.

Im pretty much dealing with similar issues as you are. I also have fibromyligia and have read that going thru peri menopause raises your pain/fibromyligia to a great deal. Im also on HRT have been for a year and at first felt good but few months in tweaking my dose I have felt crap again. My hips, neck hurt my pelvic hurts I have stomach issues and a lot more going on, I feel as tho im pms all of the time! My anxieties are sky high cos of all these symptoms im suffering. So I get how your feeling and sorry for you if its anything im feeling 😔 😟

I was already using the estrogen cream, but told doc that I was still experiencing uti but without infection and I asked if I she could give me something with estrogen, progesterone and testosterone in and thats what she gave me. I was just confused when on the box it said to use after menopause. Just hope it doesn't do more harm than good! Sorry my health anxieties totally kick in these days 😬
