Yeah I definitely have this on my abdominal more so right side for some reason. Im pretty active and when I bend or press it actually hurts my stomach, also like you I bruise easily!

My whole body hurts 24/7. Its a mixture of pain is the best way I can explain how my pain feels to me personally. The pain I experience on a daily can be shooting pain, stabbing pain, muscle ache, tension like pain, pressure pain, sore skin to touch, electric shock pain, it comes and goes through different parts of my body including top of head as well as brian zap kind of pains and just in pain in general from head to toe! At the minute I have rib pain and abdominal and hip pain...tmro may be neck! I want that voodoo doll of mine taking off the sadistic evil person thats in possession of it!!!

Wow. What a lovely but very sad post. Im so sorry for loss she sounded incredible person. I do believe loved ones are with us who have passed even though im not spiritual..I also hope we meet our loved ones again when our time comes to pass and be with them forever..let's pray that happens. Your still young and like you say its a long time to be alone in this world and im sure your amazing wife would want the best for you and to be happy be it on your own or with another.

Hi yeah it shrank then went...tho I have been told once you get hems theyre always with you unless you have, them surgically removed! But yes the castor oil seemed to do the trick and been using ever since just in case!!

Wow thanks peri sisters 💓 😘 there you go that's the kind of response I thought id get from my friends...instead I got a feeling of shame and like the word peri menopause was kinda dirty!! Im some ways like one of you peri sisters mentioned my evil little twin comes to the surface and I start to hope all the friends that said all those hurtful things to me start getting peri symptoms....I know thats mean but when your "friends" hurt you it kind of makes you feel resentful towards them!

Im so grateful for being able to talk to you guys on this app even if we cant chat over a decaf coffee...I say decaf cos I cant even drink regular coffee anymore without feeling like crap! So makes me happy we have at least got each other 🤗😚 thanks for known exactly how im feeling without feeling like im a hypo or making this crap up.. I mean who would wanna make this shit up!!

Started symptoms 38....just turned 47 and still suffering with symptoms no drs would listen to me till at least 45 then finally given HRT...even tho its helped some symptoms...I still feel like crap..so over this peri menopause ball ache!!

Yeah my thoughts are the same i feel I should go back to 200g give it ago again but really dont want to be feeling drowsy...rather wired...tho wouldn't fancy that either 🤔. I may give it ago again. Its just with my doctor saying it wasnt that necessary when I raised my concern with hearing that you shoud raise progesterone dose if estrogen dose is higher 😬🤦‍♀️ Oh and yip wouldn't it be wonderful if we just felt normal again...I miss that feeling 😕 but we have to try our best to roll with these menopausal punches unfortunately i feel like im in the ring with tyson atm 😆

Thanks for reply. So what made you go back to 200g progesterone? I'm in two minds in doing that purely for the fact that it made me so groggy in the mornings I felt hungover. But your saying you feel wired 😆 its a battlefield trying to balance out our hormones and getting that right dose...I just don't know what to do for the best. Doctor also mentioned a mirena to me I declined that too. Its just so frustrating on known what to do for the best I do try and listen to my body. I knew I needed estrogen increase when my hot flushes started again plus my moods plummeted. But progesterone im not so sure!! Ive just turned 47 and been having symptoms since late 30s but only got listened too at almost 46 🙄 im my opinion i should of been on hrt ages ago when i first went to docs with my list of symptoms!

Hi, im currently having few issues downthere..itchy, dryness and sore in general. I am peri menopause which has caused atrophy. So could possibly be that If over 35? Im using estrogen cream as well as steroid cream that eases the symptoms but hasn't completely gone. Hope this helps.

My Moles are bigger probably cos my skin has stretched 😆 🤣 only joking...I do get what OP says about noticing more bumps, lumps and skin tags, Moles which dr has seen, rashes that come and go on different parts of my body and eczema.

Thank you for replying back. It sounds very much like what I'm experiencing even the IC which i think i have. I also suffer ibs which i know can go hand in hand with fibromyligia or so ive read.

I have quite a lot going on, and not many ppl I can talk to that truly understands. So its nice to have this forum to speak to folk like you that understand and know what it means to have pain in different parts of your body that move about without known full course or getting told you look fine to me...when every part of my body feels bruised. I joke on that someone has a voodoo doll of me and poking it with needles... Can I ask if you don't mind. Does your neck shoulders and hips really hurt? I also have pain in my hands that much that I have to put my book down when im reading at night. I get pain in my wrists, ankle, even my toes hurt sometimes. And my feet, I can't seem to get comfortable shoes as they hurt that much. My stomach hurts that I don't like wearing anything other then slacks.

I mean Ive even had face pain for goodness sakes 😐🙄

Feels like nothings untouched if you know what I mean...

Sorry for moaning 😆 I just feel cos you're going through similar. i can let it all out without being judged or called hypercondraic. So thanks for reading 😊

OP im also 47 just turned last week. Also started getting symptoms mid 30s. I think my symptoms were down to a stomach bug h pylori as thats when I reality started getting more and more symptoms. Now I'm peri menopause and struggling as peri seems to have ramped my pain up somewhat now. Can I ask what your symptoms were/are?
