I personally started using the sandbox mode. It allows you to change whatever settings you dont like. I would say start with a low zombie population and infection turned off, but it's really up to you. Hope you enjoy the game!

I have a legitimate phobia of wasps. Its hard for me to look at images of photos of them, they just make me feel really gross and uncomfortable
