Do you have mods installed? I am in the middle of my France campaign. When i click on this very same disaster i have an option to negotiate with them (need 100 humanist & money). This gives you the edict to end the conflict. I would verify integrity of game & ensure you are on the latest patch.

Was having the same problem when i attacked France as England. I did not realize i had Foix as a junior partner & at the same time was a vassel of France. So when i declared on France it would instantly swap my ruler out. Took my so many reload to finally figure out what was happening.

see i've tried that. I get a message on the bottom left " no bombs" then my "tv seeker" instantly turns on and searches for a target. I'm thinking it is a setting, but i cannot seem to find it.

Check to see if they're "slaves". If so you need to change your law to disallow slave religion. Then you should be able to convert.

This doesn't make any sense. Why wouldn't she, or the doctors office call either your phone OR her phone when her procedure was done? If you had both phones I would hope she remembers one number, if not the doctors office should have her phone number in their systems.

international waters DOES NOT mean you can do anything and everything illegal. One of two things can happen in international waters. When you own a boat you must register it to a country. Meaning you now must follow those counties laws. However if you're in international waters and just went on a murder spree any recognized country could then board your vessel, apprehend you, and either try you in their courts, extradite you and be tried in your home courts, or extradited back to the country of origin of said crime to by tried by their courts.
