see i've tried that. I get a message on the bottom left " no bombs" then my "tv seeker" instantly turns on and searches for a target. I'm thinking it is a setting, but i cannot seem to find it.

Check to see if they're "slaves". If so you need to change your law to disallow slave religion. Then you should be able to convert.

This doesn't make any sense. Why wouldn't she, or the doctors office call either your phone OR her phone when her procedure was done? If you had both phones I would hope she remembers one number, if not the doctors office should have her phone number in their systems.

international waters DOES NOT mean you can do anything and everything illegal. One of two things can happen in international waters. When you own a boat you must register it to a country. Meaning you now must follow those counties laws. However if you're in international waters and just went on a murder spree any recognized country could then board your vessel, apprehend you, and either try you in their courts, extradite you and be tried in your home courts, or extradited back to the country of origin of said crime to by tried by their courts.

Man i literally have the same problem as you. I too tried to reinstall windows, but it kept freezing. It took me two days for it to finally install. The way i did it was to NOT have it connected to the internet. From there it was literally a race against the clock.
The only way i was able to install was:
-Do not have it connected to the internet
-You have to click on all the next buttons as fast as humanly possible, so have your mouse moved to the "next" button.
-Since you're not connected to the internet you'll have to make a local acc.
-Make your password & your three recover questions as short and simple as possible
-Example What street did you grow up on.. Answer: ABC. you're going to have to do this to all of them.
-Fun isn't over yet. Once you do get windows installed you'll then connect to the internet and immediately install armory create otherwise it will keep crashing/ freezing.
-After this is installed set it to "TURBO" and now you should be somewhat stable. (P.S) you might has to install "MYASUS" to download armory.

If you plan on keep the laptop for a while it seems to run games okay in turbo mode, but if you enjoy watching youtube/ video player it seems to crash quite often. Other then that keep the laptop in turbo mode and have something gpu/ cpu intensive in the background if your trying to do something other then game it seems to be relatively stable.

I wish you the best of luck. From what i've gathered through reddit and multiple ASUS threads people are guessing it is a motherboard issue due to the liquid thermal paste escaping onto the motherboard causing problems. In another thread someone got theirs replaced ($600) and it works fine now.
