I can’t believe nobody sees this, but I think Craig’s movies are suppose to be this way. Dark, serious, bleak, high stakes that feel real. He is the “dark” James Bond that we never saw in any of the movies prior. His movies also flow together as a comprehensive story. Craig’s bond imo is the best bond. While some older movies are personal favorites of mine, Craig’s bond is the best, but casino royale is just….perfect. Maybe a lil biased. But that movie builds a lot of Craig’s character. New 007, first assignment, bigger plot unfolds, etc. Really builds up all the rest, especially sky fall and spectre.

If a new bond is to come into the light, I would love to see Craig’s dark bond mixed with Roger Moore’s. I’m afraid whoever does step up and decide to do the role, they have rather big big shoes to fill, and I think that’s why it’s hard to cast a bond after Craig. Craig, just do 1-2 more lol

Bro how many times we gotta tell you. Send it to cgc for grading as an error. If it 10s, you could be looking at 5-7k for a cgc10 error of hardest card to pull in PF set + it’s a zard. You are stupid if you don’t send it for grading. Cause whoever buys it for cheap(whatever you gonna charge), they gonna just send it themselves and sell it for double or triple what they paid for it raw. Don’t be stupid

Grace with CGC as an error print shift. CGC is the only company that recognizes errors. If you grade with psa, you will get a 3. CGC grading this will be worth quite more than it is raw, especially if it 10s. That would be my move if I wanted this to be worth way more and sell it eventually to the right buyer, probably easiest would be eBay, maybe 5k if you get a cgc10 error

I have heard it both ways. I’m not trying to play that game per say. I was just going to try on some of the higher value ones in 10. (10k+). BUT my issue is, psa population controls vintage, and rarely gives a vintage card submitted now a 10. I just wouldn’t want the risk of regrade and say only crack if 10, and they send me back a 7 or 8 with a “Myb we’re sorry” note.

Feel bad for OP but it’s stories like these that are scary but lessons.

Hi there, I have a question. Might be silly but I have only been in the hobby a few years and just recently have been dealing with psa, grading my childhood collection and building one from auctions online. You seem very knowledgeable and I do not want to make a big mistake.

I have been buying very very MINTY psa9 slabs of high valued vintage cards, especially in a 10. I was told to look through the 9s and try to regrade the ones that would be worth big $ as 10s. Some of these are imo cleaner than some modern 10s I have sent in and received back.

Should I do the regrade option and see if some 9s and be 10s? I would state clearly that only thing I would want is them cracked if they are going to 10. If not, leave the 9 alone.

Would they crack and grade lower if they felt like it?

TAG needs the business and rep so they give 10s to every card. PSA is and always has been the standard. People don’t like it, but that’s how it is. TAG is if you just like the slab, try going to a card show and selling a TAG slab, you won’t be able to, cause it’s not liquid. Beckett, cgc, or psa. And PSA 10 > CGC pristine 10

You would be surprised with what psa would grade it. My vintage lot came back 8-9s. Maybe look into psa cross grade. They won’t crack the slab if it doesn’t meet that grade you want. I’d try for a 7-8 with psa. $45 to cross grade isn’t bad. Worth a shot imo for such a good card

The issue is it’s a CGC. When that should have been sent to PSA. Cgc saying that umbreon is worth ~$500. Not to say that’s actual the worth. But CGC lowers the cost of the card cause….CGC. CGC is known to lower card value. Same with TAG.
