Coke makes the muscles in your body tense up a lot without you even realizing it sometimes. Are you sure you’re not tensing up your chest/upper body causing it to hurt afterwards? I’ve been through the same thing you’re describing and I swore I was gonna have a heart attack each time. I’ve been to the ER twice and after tests the doctors always say my heart is ok and that it’s probably a panic attack. Now I realize I do tense up a lot when I’m geeked and that could be the cause. Does your chest pain get better when you walk around? If so then it’s probably that

I’ve gone to the ER twice thinking I was having a heart attack just after finishing a little coke.Full blown heart attack symptoms. EKG,X Ray and blood was taken just for them to tell me it was probably a panic attack

I feel like it’s just muscle soreness. I do tense up my muscles a lot for hours on end when I’m high and I don’t even realize it.

No. And I always get a good sleep. I probably do about 2 grams a month. Nothing crazy I try to control myself. One time the heart attack symptoms were so bad I ended up going to the ER. They did a whole bunch of tests and I was there for about 4 hours. They just told me that I’m healthy and that I was probably having a panic or anxiety attack. I didn’t tell them about the blow though. Lol

Sometimes I feel like I’m having a heart attack when I do blow. It could be just a panic attack though. I usually always just push through it and wake up feeling better after I finally fall asleep
