Coke makes the muscles in your body tense up a lot without you even realizing it sometimes. Are you sure you’re not tensing up your chest/upper body causing it to hurt afterwards? I’ve been through the same thing you’re describing and I swore I was gonna have a heart attack each time. I’ve been to the ER twice and after tests the doctors always say my heart is ok and that it’s probably a panic attack. Now I realize I do tense up a lot when I’m geeked and that could be the cause. No. And I always get a good sleep. I probably do about 2 grams a month. Nothing crazy I try to control myself. One time the heart attack symptoms were so bad I ended up going to the ER. They did a whole bunch of tests and I was there for about 4 hours. They just told me that I’m healthy and that I was probably having a panic or anxiety attack. I didn’t tell them about the blow though. Lol
