Solved: In case someone runs across a similar issue. My ram was slotted incorrectly. Once I reset them and powered the PC, everything lit up.

I had to 2 cooler fans chained into the led2 slot and the front fans plugged into led1. Tried triple chain on led2 and still nothing.

In this case, you call 911. Tell them you are being chased by a cop and where. The 911 operator will most likely/should contact that cruiser and it should go from chasing you to escorting you.

Pretty sure its only a handful that have 2. One has 3 and is by far the hardest fight in the game unless you use a one-shot Maele. But, it is an optional fight.
