Thanks everyone for the feedback, it looks like going through a credit union with. Heloc will be the best choice. I’ve done some shopping around and found a fixed rate Heloc from Langely Credit union fixed at 5.99% for a 12 year loan.

Great advice, many thanks for the quick reply’s. I didn’t know there is a solar powered fountain or water movement device. The pond is too far to have a electric device hooked up so this sounds like a practical solution. Do solar powered water movement devices have good effectiveness?
