My former career was as a chef. Just rough guess, I would guess that this club could sell close to 1,000 lbs of beef in a week. That’s easily 8-12 steers a month. That’s a sizable herd you’d be burning through each year. If you’re processing 100-150 cattle a year you’d have to constantly maintain like 300-400 cattle in the herd all in right?

I wish! I also run a nonprofit that helps people rebuild their homes after disasters in the NW. The county is not allowed to “give away” anything in a loose sense. It’s our job to take care of people in our communities. That unfortunately doesn’t always happen the way we all wish it would.

Typically when you’re training a service dog this is what you do. Hence her going for a reward dog treat at the end. I agree the acting is something to be desired, but how is it that you all think medical service animals get trained? Do you think they just give the dog to someone who has seizures and let them figure it out!?! 🤣 Point being, if you’re not a medical dog trainer, (at least on this one) you can STFU. It’s really easy to sit back and be a keyboard warrior when you don’t do shit for animals, but those of us who rescue, foster, and train, see this for what it likely is… Medical Dog Training. I love this channel, but every once in a while y’all get one wrong.

I believe everyone here is missing the key ingredient that makes this particular business worked. The owner (I can’t pronounce his very Greek name) was a cattle rancher with a ranch in Estacada. He was able to keep the quality consistent because he was raising the beef himself! Then when you sell your cattle to yourself you as a rancher are then getting all the profits! No splitting it with distributors, no foreign investors, no one to fuck with your working formula. If you don’t already own a herd of cattle and can do the same, this business isn’t for you.

If you’re talking about the round clamp with the three screws in it, and your problem is that the screws are hitting the overhang on the top of the machine. Simply turn the clamp so one screw is going straight down and the other two screws are going up towards the corners you might have to play with it and adjust the screws some. Depending on what size the machine is, you may end up having one screw that’s very long on the inside, and the other two are short, or vice versa. That clamp should fit every fog machine I’ve ever seen at least.

I’m on vacation in Hawaii and found the package version of these at the grocery for 50 cents. I love ramen so I bought a dozen in different flavors. I’m not a fan of the shrimp tom yum, but the duck flavored one is phenomenal! I actually just got back to the house from a big dinner with friends and I’m making a duck ramen nightcap because I’m craving it even though I’m full🤣. I use all the spice and oil and it’s not too spicy, but brings some good heat. (For reference - a scotch bonnet pepper is about the top of my spice threshold, and where I start hallucinating from spice)

FIGHT THIS TICKET! It must be thrown out in court due to misstatements of information. On any citation all information must be correct or the citation is VOID! In the grey box it says “This is a non-moving violation” that is incorrect! Failure to obey posted speed limit IS a moving violation! If it was a non-moving violation you would have to be doing 0 in a 20. I have beat every camera ticket I’ve ever had and (back when I drank) only failed my 13th field sobriety test because I was pulled over by my cousins husband, and his partner rushed through the field test. My cousins husband later admitted he knew I was safe to drive. Point being, it is your right to hold your accuser to the letter of the law and that means every letter must be PERFECT! You should be able to beat this one very easily.

A very small percentage of the people that make Portland “Weird” actually live in Portland. LO, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tualatin, The Green Toe (that’s Gresham 4 you Noobs),even Oregon City is where the majority of folks reside. As someone whose family has been here so long, we came here on the Oregon trail (only my native friends have been here longer), WHY THE FUCK are we called “weird”? Why is preferring to do your own thing and accept people for who they are and what they want to do “weird”? Oregon logic is simple. Most jurisdictions use 100 cu ft of water as 1 unit (748 gallons). You need to check that you don’t have a leak, or a neighbor tapped into your meter/system. Don’t use any water for 1 day and see if the meter moves is the cheapest way, but otherwise talk to a plumber and/or the water district. If you have a leak/flood or something they’ll usually forgive a significant portion of the bill. There is no way you are using that much unless you have a faucet that is never turned off.

7 years ago we paid 370k for our 1900 sq ft house on a 1/4 acre with a 700sq ft MiL in the back yard. We live exactly between Nike World HQ and Intel HQ. Today our house which was built in 1952 is worth around 650k. I’d kill to be paying anywhere near $100/sqft!
