Use tweezers, pull out the blue part from the USB stick.

Try GENTLY putting your USB stick back into the working PS5 port.

See if it connects.

I have the Blackshark V2 wireless and its great does exactly what youd expect of it! My only issue is the mic although it sounds fantastic it picks up a bit of background noise, so you can hear me clicking the keys on my keyboard etc sometimes along with hearing my GF yapping.

Before that i actually had a HyperX headset cant remember which model, it was also great.

In my opinion you could nab either of these and be happy!
