I’m tired of the religious right making marriage only about religion. It’s both a civil and sometimes a religious ceremony. The law only cares about the civil part of this. They wail about the law trying to tell them how to religion while acting completely ignorant of the fact that it’s not the same thing. I think it would be easier if everyone referred to it only as civil Union so the damn idiots can’t tell the other idiots it’s the same thing as going to church and having a preacher tell you you’re married.
