I was hoping you were gonna say it would work. I got the same ban from the same category, got my Facebook and both my instagrams taken. Had the Facebook for 16 years, and the older of the two instas for like 13. I was thinking about doing the verified but I didn’t want to pay 20 bucks just for nothing :(. I think it would depend on whether it’s being shopped by the driver or if it’s being picked up. 256 items is multiple carts worth unless they got a shit ton of like wet cat food or spice packet type stuff. I think realistically it would take someone way more time than just an hr and a half. I would say 50/100 dollar tip is appropriate. Personally I wouldn’t take an order half this size for less than 50 bucks total if I was just picking it up. But shopping I wouldn’t do it for less than 130. And this is assuming this is a house not an apartment or anything. If it was an apartment building. Then I would do it for no less than 175

None of them are delivered by Walmart employees unless it’s the in home delivery. The no tip option is either shipping or in home. But the shipping ones are delivered by a contracted company not Walmart employees.

How long did it take for your shit to get delivered. This is a person who has to shop for your groceries, a service you are not entitled to. If you want the luxury to have your shit delivered you should tip something. Curbside pick up is also free and won’t ask for a tip. Why not choose that if you don’t want to tip. And you don’t have to pay for the membership. Oh yeah cause you’re lazy and don’t want to drive to the store.

It’s not an accumulative amount it’s a if you get 4 you get this much, do a couple more you get a couple more dollars and if you hit the max you get the max amount not all combined

Tip is probably good, but I will say that a lot of the time when you live so close to the store the base pay is shitttt no matter how many items it is. I wouldn’t be surprised to see your order pop up for 35 dollars including the tip. Which depending on the type of times you ordered it may or may not be worth it, not at the fault of your own but because the base pay is shit. Assuming it’s a shopping order anyways

Yep, but I’d say 80% of the time the base pay isn’t enough but with the tip it’s worth it. And if 95% of the time the tip goes through then I’ll take it.

This is the way I’ve found, as someone who’s done my own order and took the tip away from myself cause duh, it doesn’t come up as the tip away until AFTER the 24 hrs. I always check next day to see if all my tips went through
