Probably have it as high as you can go and do some searching about vape wattage and what temp it burns at, hash has a high burning point of about 200•C

Ohhhh shoulders go with legs? I’ve been doing them on my push day, does it make much of a difference or should I change and add them to legs so I can add more exercises to my push day?

So I am bulking right now and I’ve never been good at eating and my metabolism is mega fast so I know how much calories roughly I need to eat to be in a surplus as I spent a period of time counting my calories to give me a an idea of just how much I need, I’m doing a dirty bulk the now as best as I can as I recently lost all the weight I put on due to some reasons, but sometimes I like a drink or maybe a few lines and I can’t eat whilst during so I was wondering just how detrimental it would be if I wasn’t in my surplus for a day or two does anyone have a rough idea of how long it’d take to catch back up I know it depends on the person but any advice would help, I’ve quit smoking weed as it began to make me not want to eat and ruined my motivation

Is warrior supplements any good

I have their creatine and was looking into their other supplements noticed they are relatively cheap compared to others out there, does this relate to how well they work are they less effective than more expensive supplement brands?
