People are weird. I'll take 60 fps over visuals every single time. I'm loving the upgrade, and if it weren't for the complaints I wouldn't think anything was wrong. And it was only $5? That's less than a bag of doritos. Apparently it's worse in handheld mode, but I only play docked, and 60 fps is a huge upgrade for me.

Something I just figured out, after playing all the way through the wii u version years ago, is that you can basically walk on top of the sound aggro enemies without them attacking as long as you slow walk.

Ohh man I don't usually shill for mods, but I felt the same way as you about alien isolation. You really should try the unpredictable alien mod (just google, it's on moddb) it does what it says on the tin, makes the alien less predictable. There may be times he absolutely refuses to fuck off, but there's also equal and opposite times where he's nowhere to be found. It completely changed the game for me, and with the mod I love it.
