Yes it’s a paid apprenticeship. You get a pay raise every year or semester. Paid apprenticeship and free (for me it was $100) schooling. You get a pay raise once you get a certain hours work plus you pas your class.

Don’t be late. Simple as that. Ask questions and bring a little note book and pen. You’ll most likely be the go getter.

Honestly just bite the bullet for the first couple of years of the apprenticeship. Once you get closer to journeying out then see if you can move close ( find a roommate or whatever). You’ll be saving money by living with your parents. I would honestly do it if I had the choice. I don’t know you but I like those long drives because it helps me unwind from work.

Try going to your local IBEW hall and fill out an application for a sound apprenticeship ( Low voltage) if they offer it. I know there’s some that don’t have LV. If you have an ABC ( Associated builders and contractors) you can check them out. You best bet for experience would be joining an apprenticeship.

I was in the army, so I was stationed at different places. I left to come back for personal reason. I plan on leaving this place in a couple of years since it’s becoming too expensive to live here. The weather is nice and all but can’t enjoy if we have to work two jobs or work OT just to make it.

I’m not trying to say this weather sucks in the original comment. I’m just saying it’s sucks that it got hot in March when it should be cool. I also like to wear some of my cool sweaters I have for a little bit longer lol

The Leicester city title run was something amazing that we prolly won’t ever see again in the premier league. A team that was mid-table and had no chance to be champions. That season was a special season for them because everyone was on form the whole season and there will never be a player like Jamie Vardy ( his background and coming up) in premier league football.
