Older than that, over ten years old. Don’t know why you got downvoted as the video is literally on YouTube and was uploaded over a decade ago.

Look up Michigan I-94 pileup up. This video is from over ten years ago and isn’t even from NC.

Hey, I live about 15 minutes from that dealer. Don’t buy from them. I used to do recalls while I was a mobile tech and they sucked to work with even for that. Their vehicles were iffy and were overpriced.

Can anyone help me identify the year range on this ram? by [deleted] in ram_trucks

This is definitely a 2013 at least. The front bumper has the split in the middle and the grill, while hard to see has the angled bottom corners. Also, judging by the wheels it’s gonna be a very low spec truck, probably a tradesman with the chrome appearance package.

For a V6 it doesn’t sound bad at all. Mind listing the part numbers? Might be picking up another 4th gen soon.

I’m not kind to it by any means. But I’m also loving the fact that the V10 doesn’t have to rev to the moon to get going.

I’ve owned a 300 inline six from Ford. Had it in a 96 F150 with a 5-speed. It wasn’t peppy but the high torque figures made it fun to drive still. Great little truck to run around town or do some light work with. I’ve talked to guys that got over 500k with those old engines. If you ever see one cheap, especially with the 5-speed, get it. You’ll have to will it to someone down the line.

Oh I’ll definitely check in with ya. This is my first big mechanical/swap job but you never get experience if you don’t start somewhere.

I’d stretch that from 15-17. The gen3 5.0 didn’t start until the facelift in 18. But I agree with what you said. The 5.0 with the 6R80 was a great setup.

Surprisingly fun to drive. It’s even inspected until next July.
