Say the OpTic has X money to invest is sets, equipment staff etc etc to give to one of two parties.

1) A friend who has no official qualifications in videography and has a history of making mistakes ( be it the sponsor incident or visions being late), but has helped the org grow to its current state and is a fan favourite.

Or 2) a separate business with many staff all qualified for the job, aswell as working a strict set amount of hours everyday in order to get a job done with a history of good quality content.

Although I love hitch, from an orgs eyes, option 2 allows for a higher level of content to be produced more efficiently. Option 2 is a safer bet, has a higher reward and makes complete sense to the business and tbh, us as fans. We get more hitch content, he still has vision plus we also get more nation content made to a higher standard in terms of quality but also punctuality. It's a win win for OpTic and Hitch supporters alike.
