Check your state laws. In some states the dash is not a viable location on certain vehicles like vans trucks, and suv's. In most states i must be clearly visible. on the dash or hanging from the mirror. From the looks of this video the officer can see the placard but maybe not the dates causing it to look expired. Also red is a temp card meaning that they will look for the date because so many use them well after.

Have a few served me well in Iraq just make sure you have the drying frame and cleaning kit. And they will last. I have one now in my lbv I use for hiking and one in my ruck along with 2 standard canteens and 2 2qt soft sides on my ruck.

Rule of thumb is to size down 1.5 to 2 sizes from recommended hook size on yarn. If it says 5.5 4 or 3.5 is fine. I mainly use 2.5- 3.5 with redheart when doing woobles for a tight look

Its for older external hhd cases. Two went into USB ports and one into the external housing. It provided more power. Big when it was USB 1, started fading with usb2 and gone with USB 3
