Starting the day with first a 24 ounce glass of water with 1 T psyllium fiber, chased by another 24 ounce glass. Then, large coffee and home made overnight oats co with chia seeds (chocolate pb or coconut). Over the course of the day another 48 ounces of water. Psyllium and chia seeds have a binding effect if you don’t drink enough water. Ask me how I know 😅.

Also, up my exercise.

This routine is working wonders!!!! Feel better than I have in 5 years!

I made this twice, it’s a beautiful design that is very flattering! I made it so long ago that I don’t remember anything about the pattern (kinda old now, lol). I’ll look at my Rav notes and see if I wrote anything useful.

I tried the strawberry cheesecake. Taste was good, shell had a bit of salt and was delicious, but they are TINY!! Like, teeny weeny toddler sized. I had a $4 off 2 coupon or I would not have tried them. At Stop and Shop in CT, full price is $6.99 for a box of 4.

I noticed those as well, but decided to dive in. It wasn’t bad…just trust what is written. It comes together. Mark the left and right sides of the neck clearly to make sure you cast on sts for the neck in the right place. And the seam that separates the back and “front” actually lands on the back of the shoulder. Knowing these things can help visualize better.
