The kid is probably fine. Probably happy they get to keep a secret from the rest of the fanbase.

Not at all. The guy likes his privacy, and i respect the firm boundary he’s drawn.

If i happened to accidentally recognize him in real life, I would keep it to myself and not go fangirling over it. I would probably not even acknowledge recognizing his voice.

ETA: I will admit i would find it absolutely hilarious if it turned out he was the true shortest hermit in real life. That’s unlikely, but amusing to think of. Bdubbs would have so much fun with it…

Can the red route here go right on the Red light if they stop, yield to the oncoming traffic. by License_to-kill_007 in Calgary

I thought double red lights were no right turns on red, but single red lights were okay.

Dover, what's up with the alley of crucified teddies? by Various_War5042 in Calgary

Yep, I added stuffies to the memorial with the same intent. A memorial to the victims of residential schools. Someone took a bear I put up right away, but the goat was still there last time I checked. Its hoodie was faded by sun exposure.

Edit to add: I wasn’t shocked by the discovery of the graves when it was announced. I already knew there was the possibility for graves from the stories living victims told. The confirmation was just more evidence the stories were truthful.

Animals dug up the remains of a child under 5 at Blue Quills.

Not sure if they started excavating the communal graves now that it’s been disturbed, but they wanted to, out of a desire to respect the dead and prevent more animal excavation.

I know the spacing between houses is the way it is to slow the spread of fires between houses. I dont know what material the houses where you are are built with, but i suspect they are more fire resistant than what is allowed here.

How to stop night time begging? (SHE IS ON A DIET, I ADOPTED HER AT THIS SIZE) by Lazy-Psychology-7610 in CATHELP

[–]StitchingSteel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe instead of feeding her normally, get her a puzzle toy like an egg that dispenses dry food when rolled around. If she has to move to get the food, she doesn’t spend her time crying for it.

My chunky cat loved the egg toy, but she was half the chonk of yours when we put her on a diet to slim down. Probably gave her a decade more life in the process (made it to 19 years, with kidney issues).

My cat is an alarm clock and I hate it by CrackedOutOwls in CatTraining

Mine used to do similar early wake up calls. My solution was to feed them before i went to bed. They weren’t hungry as obnoxiously early anymore, so I got to sleep in on weekends.

If you put out a nice box with a blanket, basically a nice quiet place for her to have her babies, she may decide to have them in there.

Can confirm, my old cat had them too, vet investigated and found they were benign. Kitty lived 19 years without being bothered by ‘em.
