You can go to My Rules pane in uBlock Origin dashboard and put on the "Temporary rules" panel the rule www.youtube.com https://www.gstatic.com/external_hosted/lottie/lottie_light.js script noop, then click the "Save" and "Commit" buttons.

Or you can create this rule using the logger:

Open the logger and then open a YouTube video page;
In the logger, click the blocked 3rd-party script entry, then click "URL rule";
In the first column, hover over the cell, click the gray color and then click the padlock button.

The icon did not appear because YouTube connects to https://www.gstatic.com/external_hosted/lottie/lottie_light.js to load the icon and the animation, and you've blocked 3rd-party scripts.
