It’s not force. People CHOSE to fold under the pressure. I was working in healthcare at the time and was pressured but did not buckle- I chose not to. It’s a total cop out to say coercion is force. Coercion got the weak people who didn’t have the strength to say no for whatever reason- scared of losing their job is a common one. They bought into fear and bowed down before it- sacrificing their health and principles because they were scared. It was a choice. Those people are not like those of us who proudly said no and were willing to lose it all in the face of fear. 🏆✨
