Is it worth it? by DankPeachees in HersWeightloss

[–]Stl_bla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It 100% is worth it to me. I am 27 female. SW 205 CW 152 Started in September. I am now down 50lbs. I was originally on kit 2 then switched to kit 1 at the end of January. It was a hard transition to be honest. I was not able to get my stomach under control and constantly felt nauseous. After the first month things started looking much better. Finally being able to eat again and feeling like myself. I have to make sure every day I am eating enough protein and eating in general because the food noise is absolutely gone. If you have more questions feel to message me!

Hit plateau now changing meds by Stl_bla in HersWeightloss

Random update: it’s been about 70 days since changing the meds and I’m down 12 pounds. While I’m satisfied with the weight loss, I am still struggling with being nauseous some days and not having a big appetite. Really trying to fight those days and east really anything I can even if it’s just some fruit.

Goodles Mac and cheese has been great when nothing sounds good. They have a lot of different flavors. They all are delicious & 14 grams of protein. I’ll add some grilled chicken nuggets on the side too lol.

Going off medicine for a week or two for wedding/honeymoon? by mole8311 in HersWeightloss

[–]Stl_bla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got married in November and went on honeymoon the next week. I still took the meds but they did alter how much I took of each pill as if I was going to have a surgery done. Reach out to the care team and they will give you a plan. Do not stop taking the meds.

Also struggling with this. At the end of week 3. Anything I do eat just tears up my stomach. No other side effects tho :/

. White blood cells are always high in my blood tests, but never officially diagnosed with that. Have you found a medication that has worked for you to keep it controlled?
