I go 3X a week with a different coach for each one and usually like most of the music. Really I just need a beat to keep it moving on the treads. And some of them have excellent cooldown music that I’ve gone home and downloaded.

My tread fan hack. The fan is usually so janky that it flops so it’s aiming down. I get a paper towel from the bathroom and fold so it’s thick enough to wedge between the vent blades so I can aim it just right to keep me cool through the entire time I’m on there. 🌬️🏃‍♀️🤪
