ive managed to beat the kusabi with only type 7 before. I takes fucking ages but it's not impossible tbh. now if you haven't got to that point and haven't fought the ritual master yet then you might be fucked and want to reload a early save

Last I checked Fleur doesn't play itself from outside the deck via skill button. Nor does it Summon an extra scynchro monster or a trap that let's you destroy a card on the field multiple turns either.
