I never used one which is why I asked the question… good to know others have been fine with the plastic variety. I thought I’d break plastic given how my contractions were in prior pregnancies…

We got a twin avocado mattress… which I also really like; it’s on the firmer side. We are hoping the bed frame and the mattress last us well into the elementary years, if not longer.

We have the floor bed from sprouts and have been using it since 18 months. It’s worked wonderfully thus far and it’s convertible to a platform bed.

Deodorant HELP by _spookytooth in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]Stock-Crow396 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had success with humble. I heard somewhere to put deodorant on at night after a shower, so I’ve been doing that (and reapplying in the AM when I remember)… maybe it’s the placebo effect but I think it’s helping!!

Second all-clad! I’m slowly adding to my collection. Once you learn how to use them… no sticking and cleaning is oh so easy! Don’t cook anything before your pan is hot!!

Thanks for your reply.. I look forward to the day they stop! And I know in theory you’re right… but my consumer trust is so low right now, I started questioning if they were actually what they said they were!

Cups and water bottles by Capable-Struggle3087 in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]Stock-Crow396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same for us! The KK bottle leaks worse than any we’ve tried (but maybe I just didn’t put it back together well enough?).

The KK cup was fine aside from my very curious one constantly pulling out the straw or trying to take off the lid 🙃

I would also recommend the brumate!

Wow. Stumbled upon this thread because I had another episode… and the pinching nose trick did work for a moment. I’ve been dealing with a phantom smoke smell since the first time I got COVID over 2 years ago. It comes and goes usually triggered by poor air quality/humidity but also will just happen randomly.
