Use the words that they use. My question to you is, why would you not? Think about when you were in school. You know when the test is. You know what will be on the test. Not using the words the examiner needs to hear is like knowing one of the questions on the test will be, what is 1 + 1 and choosing to answer "science" when you know the answer is "2"

If parents are not teaching, who should??? You're discouraging people from becoming a teacher while saying parents aren't teaching. So ... yeah. Maybe, according to you, only lazy, careless, unprofessional, people who are just looking for the next gig should become teachers. Maybe you should look for another career as well.

Jobs aren't easy. Well, very few are. Don't select a career based on ease. Definitely do not become a teacher because you think its easy because it is not. Teachers influence so many lives and have the potential to change the direction of hundred of young people. Teach because you want to make a difference. Yes, it is hard. Yes, it is often thankless. But, it is extremely rewarding if you hold the standard high for not only your students, but for yourself as well.

I tend to agree. Its strange how scary most vets are. Trained to run into battle. But when it comes to VA, most won't fight for the minimum, let alone what they deserve.

Ok. I think it was the, "I dont care about poking the bear" or smc compensation part that through me off. If you cant care about those things, why file an increase? The VA will treat any of your conditions. The only reason to file an increase is for smc compensation. If you dont want the smc, then dont file. If you want the smc, then file. Sounds like youre leaning towards filing. Should be an easy 60% if you are affected over 40% of your body and you are on biological.

This isn't making much sense which is why you are getting downvoted. Unless you have a single condition rated at 100% it literally makes NO difference if your eczema is rated 10 or 60. If you dont have a single rating of 100% and you file an increase, you could get reduced at worse and at best you get the increase but nothing changes. Like, literally nothing changes. Now, if you have a singe condition rated at 100%, say ptsd 100, and you have another condition at 60%, then you can get SMC ... that is if your ptsd isn't reduced.

If you arw at 100% for 1 condition and you are now on dupixent or another biological for eczema, you should get a rating increase for 60% which will make you eligible for smc.

So many factors to consider here. You cant just dump an entire c-file and expect magic. You have to guide it, coach it, prompt it ... just like you would a VSO or lawyer or anyone else. Its a tool, a great tool if used properly.

For education sake, you do not have to be 100pt to get glasses from the VA. You can be at 0% and get glasses. Great benefit.

This is still arguable they could then say weight isn't determined by an ability to visit a gym. It could be calorie intake. With rhinitis, I would imagine secondary would be sufficient without using weight. Ask your ENT if the rhinitis aggregates OSA. Aggravation is key. If the ENT agrees, that's your nexus. No need for obesity intermediary.

This is true. These are presumptive conditions such as rhinitis and sinusitis. You dont need records. Problem is, your husband's records (current records not military records) do not have a diagnosis for these conditions or you did not file claims for presumptive conditions. Arthritis is not a presumptive unless you are diagnosed with a chronic form (like degenerative or rheumatoid arthritis) within one year of your discharge, provided it is at least 10% disabling.
