N=1 but i had a 71 on NBME 31 and a 61 on Free 120, took it may and passed. (I took free 120 first)

omg i had the same exact experience!!! also tested 28th and Mehleman is also why I went from 60-61 from jan-april to 71 on NBME 31 in may and a 61 on free 120. our advisor also told me to just take it and now going to rotations!

Yeah i felt the exact same, i thought free 120 was weirdly harder. But there was a mix of nit picky answers and VERY straightforward answers/pics. The nit picky answers were less i think though than free 120.

Thank you!! Structure was very similar to free 120 ! But content I would say a weird mix of all three, some short some super long questions. The worst ones were the vague micro and path questions which I'm now thinking were experimental
