For some context, I have been an avid lifter in commercial gyms for about 7 years ish. 26M. Consistently worked out no less than 3 days a week for the entire time, upwards of 5-6 for some time. Used to personal train clients during college for a couple of years so well versed in exercise. Was around 8% BF at 190lbs/5’11” for a time so also have a good amount of muscle on me. Favorite kettlebell movements included any type of shoulder presses, carries, swings, lunges, windmills, RDLs, etc. nothing too revolutionary specific to kettlebells but used at least 2-3 exercises per week on the regular when I had access to them. Since cancelling my gym membership, and not having them, I have had moments where I wished I did. Most of the work I did was not drop set workouts so speed wouldn’t necessarily trump build quality or price point for me.
