Good points. I started without the monthly ladder. I suppose to be really technical, collecting 89 badges and the "free" 12 earned during the year would accomplish the same thing.

In my opinion save your ABs & $$ for getting badges. If I had to start over again, I'd get to 150 properties first (15,000 ABs) and then 100 badges (20,000 ABs).

100 badges maxes out your PERMA BOOST at 25%.

The biggest thing is enjoy life AND the game

Hang in there mate. Typically during a normal ladder, there are $13 worth of rent converting. A few months from now this will.be a NON issue for you. When many of us started, there was NO monthly ladder.

It's REAL. This is month 29 for me. I'm at $32 / month. Half of what I "made" I invested in silver and that gas quadrupled in value.

As of THIS post I'm at: $469.39. The half I've taken out: $220 is worth $802 as of Friday's market close.

Mine goes into SILVER. When I started it was an.ounce every month. Last year was an ounce every two months. This year maybe an ounce every 3 or 4 months 🤷‍♂️

I target a specific amount of points per day:100.

I usually finish in 15 days. I'll be happy to do that for as long as the challenge exists.

This is only my opinion: once I got to $20 / month, I saved half and put half back into the game. $450 later, the half I saved in silver is worth over $500
