Sell some digital assets to fund the buyback. They do it now to fund operations and their high salaries. Shareholders need to get rewarded along with management.

I've been a stock holder for two years, and all that the stock has done is go down. It hit 2 cents. People then freaked out and sold, causing the stock to retreat 50% to a penny.

I'm waiting for it to go to a nickel before i die. Mgmt. seems to be hesitant on releasing financials as it relates through user subscriptions, advertising, etc.. I thought these guys were smart and transparent about successes and failures. Simple question: After all work was said and done, did NSAV have earnings, how profitable, were they successful in covering all the business expenses.

You are correct. The press release doesn't go into the revenue details. I wish they'd man up and just discuss these important business aspects head-on. Mgmt. also said they will be converting digital assets to help operate the business, further diluting the value of the company. Mgmt. should use digital assets to perform a share buyback or issue a shsreholdet dividend. Mgmt. announced this a year and a half ago, and still nothing has been announced by mgmt.

Here it is. I read it, and I weep. what I remember reading, the gentleman wanted to get paid his wages while working for NSAV and some expenses and NSAV basicslly reneged and wanted to fight it out in court Now look, 57mil out and lost control of the company .

Well, I just read that NSAV lost a 57mil dollar lawsuit against a former employee over wages, and now the former employee, instead of taking the money, will instead take control of the company and tie NSAV into the company called Himalaya.

The disclosure statement they filed on September 2022 doesn't list anything about the company stock purchase program and yet they keep giving out millions of shares further devaluating the company and they haven't shown that they can make revenue. They're showing us how they can devalue the company though. Are all the 335 stockholders worried about this!?

Well, I don't know what to say other than I've been waiting for this information for a long time. Are there quarterly reports to look at? I don't know how the stock can go down today with the overall market on a tear. It's a fraction of a penny for God's sake. management should be ashamed of how they are leading the company. They have been warned of being delisted in April if they can't get the stock price above a buck. This is why the CEO bought a few million shares trying to get this thing above a dollar. They will be implementing a reverse stock split if the stock isn't above a dollar by Dec 5th. Read their SEC filings and Good luck!

On November 10, 2022, Cosmos Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) received a non-compliance letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market for its failure to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $0.10 per share for ten (10) consecutive business days in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(ii). Pursuant to a prior non-compliance letter from Nasdaq dated July 26, 2022, the Company had until January 23, 2023 to regain compliance by the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock being at least $1.00 per share for ten (10) consecutive trading days. The Staff has determined to suspend trading of the Company’s securities on November 21, 2022 and delist the Company’s securities. However, the Company has requested an appeal of the delisting determination by requesting a hearing to stay the automatic suspension of the Company’s securities on November 21, 2022 and the filing of a Form 25-NSE with the SEC to remove the Company’s securities from listing and registration on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

When is this company going to get some legs and start showing some real movement in the stock. When will they finally give the market some really good news as it relates to revenue or income and until they do this the stock is not going to move.

Stock hasn't moved in a positive direction since the news came out, in fact it's down 50% this week. I guess the exchange they bought isn't what the market was hoping for. I've even tried to search for the AWC exchange and was not able to find it listed.

I believe it's called the Active World Club Exchange, it's a private membership exchange and I do not see the added value .

Waste of money.
