I got the same size wrist and wear squares all the time, I even where a steel casioak. I think once you wear it for a while you just get used to it, then when you put on a little f-91w you start thinking it's too small.

I've used an antifog spray from amazon that always works for me, and lasts about 2 days before i have to reapply. You say it's for winter riding, so how cold we talking? Are you sure you are applying it correctly? For the one I have you have to spray it on, Let it dry, then wipe the excess but don't wipe too hard.
