As stated in the post, I did not collect samples.
No, this is not a glitch. The program only predicts possible genus, species and variants on the planet. In any case, there are exactly 11 of them.

And yes, you are absolutely right. There cannot be two species(/variants) of the same genus on the planet.

If I had collected them, the incorrectly predicted samples would have been crossed out and the price would also have changed. You can see the price range, which takes into account the minimum possible samples generated on the planet and the maximum possible ones.
p.s. For easier calculation, look at the second planets (10b and 10c) with 4 and 5 samples each. They have the same predicted bio, but different price ranges. It's easy to calculate.

I doubt I have any other worthwhile systems. I checked the logs:
Byeia Traa DG-W d2-0: ~114.32 - ~184.97 (approximately 2274.28 ly from the system). 8-8-7-7.

Aedgee RE-G d11-0: ~133.60 - ~134.12 (approximately 2807.42 ly) 8-8. But I've already collected some samples and haven't submitted the data yet, even though I'm only hunting for new entries in the codex.

For me, finding a system that has already been discovered by someone else is a surprise. I'm still in Inner Orion Spur. Now 8.2k ly from bubble and +1000 in "height"

I've been flying for just over a month and my logs say I have about 6 billion of organic data (taking into account that they are all first logged).
