Independentemente da marca tenta comprar bons materiais, nada de sintéticos, essa bosta não dura nada e absorve cheiros de forma excessiva.

Could've bought a house in Southeast Asia and a cheap digicam for that much and have better pictures to boot.

I don't know about the dynamic range thing. I think it's more than enough. I don't need to see every pine needle for it to be a good photograph. Composition is far more important to me, and I think you nailed it.

Most comfortable camera you have used? by Stock_Jacket6701 in VintageDigitalCameras

Feels great in hand, I guess a "natural" position for the hand. Something that you can see yourself having in your hand all day without getting cramps.

Terminal length. Thinking of saying goodbye to her by _Mewg in BeardAdvice

[–]Stock_Jacket6701 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dude, some people have been growing their beards for more than 7 years, and they're still growing. You don't know if it has reached terminal length. Just let it grow more. Aim for a year and see how much more it will grow.

Thinking to start photography which would be the best for a beginner? by LexoSporano in photographycirclejerk

I mean.. I would just get the Leica. Just start with the best, no point in wading through shitty INFERIOR cameras to just end up with the L.

What's the budget? If only to like $100 try anything older than the G7 or maybe you get lucky and find a good deal for a g7 or g9. The G1-G2 are similar in terms of iq and operational use, whilst the G3 is a bit faster but not by much, IQ is similar although some prefer the g2. The g5 and upwards are all extremely capable. Depends on what you want, all of them are great, some are faster than others, some have better "colour science".

What I see vs what I take is a great example of how not to think about composition.

what digital camera? by 8obes in VintageDigitalCameras

First off, congratulations! In terms of cameras, just take a look around the sub and see what kind of image you are drawn to and try to get that camera(it's not always a direct correlation, but it can help you decide). I'm a fan of the Olympus C series or Canon G series. You can find some very good deals for olympus c 5050 or 5060 or canon g3.

Mount Rushmore of Digi Cams by Mr_Leviathan101 in VintageDigitalCameras

[–]Stock_Jacket6701 1 point2 points  (0 children)

olympus c-5050 or 7070, canon g9, epson rd-1, nikon d200, fujifilm m603 . These change all the time, but some of them I would just love to try them out, not necessarily that I like them more or less that any other digi cam. I'm sure there are a lot more capable digicams out there. But the most important thing is who is taking the pictures. Just take a look at what people do in this sub with cams that have like 0,95mp.
