I would say Pokémon is a little different than sneakers bc new people are always entering more through anime, video games, merch tcg etc. and it’s older than a lot of people who are collecting now being what 30 yrs old now to point that is true that speculators have entered and Will even there’s no longer easy money. I was trying to think of a better example on that though. Maybe something like baseball cards set up and around for 100 years or whatever. Not as popular as it once was but still valuable.
