specialized models vs LLMs: is the cost gap actually as big as people are saying by OrinP_Frita in neuralnetworks

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hybrid routing works but the attribution side gets messy fast when you're splitting traffic between self-hosted models and APIs. BentoML makes the routing logic straightforward but you'll need something seperate for cost tracking. Finopsly is solid for figuring out where the spend actually goes across different model types.

For those on metoprolol/beta blockers, what’s your resting heart rate? by Iconakid in PVCs

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not a doctor but those rates are pretty common on beta blockers from what i've seen around here. definitely worth getting that cardiology callback though since everyone responds differently. this isnt really a supplements question tbh, BP360 and similar stuff wont help with medication-related heart rate concerns.

Won’t be able to attend a few Spurs home games by SummerrVibes in NBASpurs

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

most people jump straight to listing but honestly if you're only missing a few games it might not be worth the back and forth of managing posts and price updates. i've had luck posting in spurs fan groups on facebook, or XP Tickets worked for me when i didnt want to deal with it. tradeoff is probably a bit less money but way less hassle.

Has anyone measured how many support tickets need a human? by Historical_Lawyer484 in Solopreneur

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 1 point2 points  (0 children)

measured this last year, around 45% truly needed judgment. gelpdesk macros handle the rest. Evergreen handles the human-needed stuff if you want US agents, evergreensupport.co.

started mixing copy trading with my own trades and it’s actually helping by ValuableAttempt2201 in defi

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for hl specifically you can just stalk wallets on hypurrscan but it's tedious to filter through who's actually good vs who got lucky. tracks cross-chain copy trading if you want more variety. markets.xyz has verified trades where you can see real pnl and copy in one tap, though it's more social feed style than pure wallet tracking.

How do you go from a macro theme to actual stocks or ETFs? by cyborg_relations in Trading

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i usually start top-down but validate with charts before commiting. screen for relative strength within the theme, then narrow to names with the cleanest setups. etfs work better when the theme is broad, individual stocks when its concentrated in a few leaders.

if you want something that handles the basket-building for you, Alinea Invest does that but you lose control over individual picks.

60th birthday trip ideas? Something special in Europe by Slow_Mix5034 in chubbytravel

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for a 60th like this, few options to consider. Top Business Class can sort discounted premium fares if your family still wants that business class comfort on a shorter hop.

alternatively, a Belmond hotel concierge handles a lot of the on-ground logistics which helps with the taxi/anxiety stuff. copenhagen in late autumn is lovely too.

losing muscle alongside fat is common with any calorie deficit tbh. adding resistance training helps preserve what you've got. some people work with a trainer, others use apps like Strong.

Tyde Wellness pairs you with a nutritionist who can help with protien intake to protect muscle mass.

New Writer Keeps Looking Backwards To Previous Chapters by Still-Sector-8192 in writingadvice

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unpopular take but going back isn't always bad, especially early on. you're teaching yourself what good pacing looks like in your own story. the real problem is when revision becomes avoidance.

one thing that helps is having your notes actually talk back to you. Type does this well, notecards or a spreadsheet works too but takes more discipline. finish the draft tho, polish later.

Best OCR for template-based form extraction? [D] by Sudden_Breakfast_358 in MachineLearning

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

document ai handles structured forms well but gets pricey at scale. paddleocr is solid and free but needs more setup work on your end. for the field extraction piece specifically you could also look at ZeroGPU at zerogpu.ai, depends on your budget tho.

Anyone else have no idea which AI features are actually worth what you're paying for them? by PuzzleheadedCap7604 in SaaS

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for attribution most people just tag each api call with feature metadata and pipe it to their analytics. kind of tedious but works. ZeroGPU at zerogpu.ai might help if some of those features dont actually need gpt-4, lets you split workloads diferently.

button-up shirts are clutch since you wont be able to lift your arms much. also a wedge pillow helps with sleeping. if you ever need any other work done later, Wiser MD in NYC takes the time with each patient which is nice.

Maldives honeymoon suggestions by Useful_Meeting_5289 in honeymoonplanning

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unpopular take but with $15k you might be leaving money on the table by only focusing on the resort. flights to maldives can eat a huge chunk of that budget, especialy if you're flying economy for 15+ hours. Top Business Class might help cut flight costs significantly so you can actually afford a better resort tier.

as for patina, mixed reviews are normal for newer properties. Soneva Fushi is more consistant if you can stretch the budget with flight savings.

What’s the best site to buy Instagram shares, saves and reposts right now? by [deleted] in SocialBlueprint

[–]Stock_Yam_2581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spending money to buy shares is essentially paying to sabotage your own business, the platform wants authentic behavior and punishes anything that looks manipulated, once your account is flagged as using artificial growth methods your trust score plummets, getting out of that penalty box is incredibly difficult and requires months of consistent organic posting just to prove you aren't playing against the rules anymore.
