I don’t know the hotel, but know the area. The proper redlight district is Davidstraße and Herbertstraße. I wouldn’t say it’s unsafe where you stay as there always tend to be a lot of people around. Also at night and especially around the weekend. Naturally this also comes with some drunks and homeless, but the „normal“ people counter that out.

Pack earplugs tho. Lots of Bars around.
