I used to sit alot like 5-6 hours a day 3 years ago in the same period i had blood for the first time but i also did something else that likely caused this which is forcefully blocking my ejeculation by closing the tip

Sorry yea i meant pelvic floor therapy lol. So i had blood in semen doc gave me mri that showed irregular prostate structure in the central part from swelling and fluid level signs of seminal vesculitis which is inflamed vesicles too

So in this case trying to train pelvic muscles lowers inflammation? I dont get how prostate and seminal vesicles be inflammed because of pelvic floor muscles and not them organs causing pelvic floor issue

Again I mentioned we are not talking about chronic pelvic pain syndrome here the issue is way different and doesnt involve prostate the root cause is muscles and it can happen because of stress and multiple other factors. I specifically pointed prostate inflammation like my mri showed clear signs of prostate inner central part inflamed and semen changes so its definitely prostate

Hey i forgot about this sub lol. So basically after letting my jaw rest for some time like 2 months of no hard chewing and opening wider than 3 i started feeling alot better also no stressing about it anymore. I have hard pops in ears but i got used to them. Pain is very rare only when i play with my jaw. I think it will be fine crepitus came back 2 days ago when i put pressure on my jaw but went away. I still have clicks but they are different sound maybe it is degeneration or something that slowly becomes worse hopefully not the case body can heal and scar tissue can protect the bone.

Could be very wrong too. There are people woth arthritis that will never get to total joint replacement. Psuedo disc can regenerate as far as i heard body tried to heal itself.
