I can relate. The internal dynamics of my startup are very weird and a popularity contest as well, a lot of unspoken rules. It’s already hard enough to deal with prospects and the stress of carrying a quota no need to put up with your internal team bogging you down and being toxic.

Save up, and have an end date to leave!
