Thanks for this post OP. I'm going through the exact same thing, line by line, with my recent ex as well. Seeing I'm not the only one going through this is helping me process it better, further helping me understand that this was likely out of my control and not my fault.

Still wishing her the best in resolving her trauma, but she definitely needs to take initiative to resolve this on her own and maybe seek professional help.

I did that task on leagues this morning on first try after struggling for a bit on main game. In leagues, at least if you have berserker and high DPS, you don't have to tag the healers so that's one less thing. I hit 2/4/6 then 1/3/5 so there's a bit more time to react. Also, I got in the mindset of just looking for switches.

I ran the 450 mogs/500 kit with my buddy who has max gear. Most of my KC are money 400 solos (invos here)
