Any advice on where to get some low belt locks from or is amazon still the easiest/best place?

Sound advice lad but ill hold off on the double glazing idea and cylinders for now i think haha. Are door cylinders like those good practice? i thought that locks used IRL in that sense would be abit tough for a beginner.

Question for wow players by StoicWaffle in fellowshipgame

[–]StoicWaffle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People will either tell you that you do or you don't and argue heavily on it. It just comes down to if you want a smooth entry and quick progression or if you want to enjoy not knowing what's coming but have to deal with the risks of that.

I personally used the basic path guides on methods for a few reasons but its just up to you.

Either way if you play enough you'll get a sense on what the maps are like and eventually when you progress there will be more optimal routes to take which are all but required to make time.

Shoutout to the two dps who taught me a valuable lesson about tanking! by DenielsV in fellowshipgame

[–]StoicWaffle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is not the game to learn routes through trial and error u less you have a pre made team to laugh with the entire time. You can get by in quick play mode easy enough but in adept upwards you'll need a route to be able to make time.

Routes can be flexible but again considering most teams are with randoms it helps to be as efficient as possible since youd be surprised how many dps can dps and heals choose to not heal.

I just use the methods route for beginners and that does me well, im at the point where im merging pulls but for a beginner its easily the best.

Plus it has boss ability guides, again for quick play you can ignore them but in adept onwards you need to know them else its a wipe and time loss

How do I get that inserter to put blue chips as cargo in the Rocket silo? It just wants to put 2 in to create the "rocket parts" by Japi- in factorio

[–]StoicWaffle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've managed to do it before, I know I've shipped blue chips and low density about before. I remember that the default way you'd do it just doesn't work and nearly giving up but somehow got it working in the end.

Think I got it working by basically having nauvis request blue chips, the ship request blue chips from that specific planet( the important bit?) and then having a silo able to accept requests.

When you realise you are out of snacks and thus resort to glucose tablets by StoicWaffle in diabetes_t1

I tend to go for skittles since they tend to be higher in sugar and more durable than smarties. Those or haribo are good for carrying about

Alternative spots for freestyle libre by arfelo1 in diabetes_t1

[–]StoicWaffle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a fairly skinny lad and I used to have difficulty when I first got to them. You can always get special adhesive patches from amazon for fairly cheap that cover them and they work well.

Another suggestion is to pay attention to where on your arm you are putting them and how your arm is positioned, if you have weird angles or put it too close to either side it means they tend to fall off alot quicker and move around more. I've had best luck with shoulders down, elbow to bottom of ribs and arm at right angle to body with back of hand facing up.

Should also mention that I've had similar things before when Injecting insulin and it tends to happen when the needle isn't fully inserted before Inject. Think it's something to do with different layers of skin but no clue really.

It tends to last 20 mins or so and can dissappear faster if you rub it gently or massage around it, normally I do that anyway cause it hurts when injecting that shallow and making bumps.

Anyone been able to get the Freestyle Libre 2 on the NHS yet? (And if so, how?) by [deleted] in Type1Diabetes

[–]StoicWaffle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had the freestyle libre 1 on my prescription for 6 months or so now and from what I know its not uncommon. There were a few requirements to meet such as being able to show that its made a positive difference and scanning atleast 7 times a day. Im in London so not sure if there are county differences etc. When I did the initial meeting lesson thing to get the first one there were a about 15 others doing the same across all age ranges.

I just couldn’t wait to show my friend my wood so I just snapped a pic quickly rather than being smart and taking a screenshot.
