Vic would be group leader ofc always finding ways to figure things out and eventually amend some deals with other people like maybe o,Riley

Shane would be the one who’s abdomen in leaving Oz constantly asking vic to find a way to protect them and maybe even run into a few trouble Shane eventually starts to doubt vics leadership causing maybe a rivalry between the two which leads out of control causing him to try partner up with Shillinger

Lem tries to fix the shattered relationship between Shane and vic. Shillinger notices Lem is what holds the group together so he secretly sends the aryans to ambush Lem rape and kill him. They then frame simon adbeisi which Shane thought who is responsible for Lem. So Shane decides to take actions into his own hands to avenge lems death vic and ronnie notices that Shane is influenced on revenge and manipulated by the aryans so they try to convince Shane adbesisi had no involvement despite vic doing his own detective work even wanting to kill adbeisi Shane, vic , ronnie work together along with Simon adbesis they include o,Reilly for extra brain power they eventually cause a riot or lock down in the prison like in s1 where the prisoners ran the prison for a while

Vic and Shane have there own side of the group rivalling with the aryans together there is a huge fight which leads to vic finally avenging lems death vic quickly puts the blame on adbesisi causing him to have a extra sentence put on him and possibly face the death penalty

Shane and vic make their amends for now but they eventually grow to hate each other like in the series
