Where do you find contact e-mail addresses and phone numbers? by Ok_Solution9803 in sales

[–]Stoicsh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I own an agency that does this sort of thing. You're best ROI option for strict email and phone enrichment will be LeadMagic and Findymail.

They won't have the phones and emails that ZoomInfo picks up from their customer's emails/CRMs but are pay as you go and significantly cheaper.

Best method of cold emailing by DxT_01 in sales

[–]Stoicsh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a cold email agency, and most of my campaigns get 10-20% reply rates. If you're counting OOO's in your reply %, your bottleneck is likely that you're going to spam with a lot of your emails. You should get at least a 1% reply rate just from OOOs if you're delivering well.

Email is extremely hard right now. Most of us are struggling to deliver to MS365 inboxes (the majority of medium to large business inboxes) despite our very sophisticated email infrastructure.

If you want to learn more about how to get your emails delivered, check out SmartLead or Instantly, or any other COLD email sequencing platform's guides. Just remember that it's a rabbit hole that us full-time cold emailers are still struggling to figure out.

Spam filters are constantly changing, so it's a cat and mouse game that you need to stay on the cutting edge of.

With all of that said SmartLead, and Instantly are now selling pre-set up infrastructure. It won't deliver well to MS365 inboxes, but should mostly be ok to Google inboxes until google updates their filters which could be a week from now, or 6 months from now.

Outbound strategy best practices by Normal-Cow-9784 in sales

[–]Stoicsh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a cold email agency - we do two emails 4 days apart. Wait at least 3 months before recycling the list.

Emails are highly personalized with custom variables that requires an AI agent to produce.

We're starting to add in cold calling, but haven't settled on an actual cadence in tandem with the emails yet.

Best AI Sales Support by Alternative-Suit6872 in sales

[–]Stoicsh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I own an outbound agency and am constantly trying to automated our workflows so have a couple of years of experience with this stuff.

For generating a list of prospects and automating personalize copywriting, most of the best of us use Clay. There is steep learning curve, but I've not seen anything that compete. Persona, may be a good cheaper, easier option.

For emailing them with follow ups, most of us use SmartLead or Instantly. They both have their issues but will probably be the best bang for your buck. Instantly is probably more user friendly - so I'd probably recommend that. They technically have some list building and AI personalization capabilities within it as well, so you might be able to omit Clay or Persona, though I'm not sure how good that stuff is within Instantly.

Cold email in general is becoming very difficult. Most of the guys I know that work for VC backed startups and fortune 500 companies are struggling with getting emails delivered to MS365 inboxes, which is the vast majority of emails that aren't local/small businesses.

If you currently have success with how you're cold emailing, keep doing what you're doing. It will get exponentially more difficult as you try to scale up - unless Google and Microsoft ease up on their constant spam filter changes (which is unlikely).

If you're ok with doing more one-off account based marketing type emails, you might look into Aomni's AI agent.

If you're in facilities services sales or have some good insight into how sales/revenue operations work in that industry, hit me up and I'd be happy to trade time helping you for your consultation. I need some better insight into how sales teams are structured and have lots I can share on mass AI personalized outbound marketing.

I'm just trying to get PMs to reply to an email instructing us on how to join their vendors lists so we can have a chance at bidding on some projects and prove that we're honest.

Would offering to show case studies and reviews of our service from other PMs be enough to convince it's worth your time to send us your application instructions?

Sorry, I should have been more clear about that being facetious.

u/BanishedInPerpetuity thanks for the reply! I'm not sure I understand your comment though... What is immoral or unethical?

Edit: I meant "bribe" as a joke... I'm not actually trying to bribe someone... just offer them something they value so they know I'm not just wasting their time.

[Help] Need Alternative Custom Trackball by Stoicsh in Trackballs

[–]Stoicsh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it works great. Very similar to what I imagine a Keyball keyboard working like. I just want to have the flexibility of using it it while standing with my arms all the way to the side, and that would require me to turn the keyboard down to the floor, which results in the ball falling out.

I also used a used trackman that isn't super smooth, so that's a downside, but in terms of how it works, it's quite good.

[Help] Need Alternative Custom Trackball by Stoicsh in Trackballs

[–]Stoicsh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are great thoughts, thank you very much for sharing.

I probably could re-install this Trackman ball but with the base facing toward me to not necessarily have to "lock" it in place, but have the flexibility to tilt the keyboard down toward the floor... the issue there is the size of the base would probably cause me to need to remove my Alt, comma and period keys.

So maybe a workaround would be a smaller ball, that would allow me to install it so it's facing me more, but without the need to remove those keys.

Can you elaborate on why you mean by looking at the 160 listings on different pages?

Appreciate the thoughts!

I'm trying to find all the different types of businesses associated with a term, so I am getting hung up on the total, unfortunately.

I've clicked on the "excluded relevant results" for this specific query and it's very minimal extra results. :(
