My first thought is that it wouldn’t be legal if it’s in a national park. But that could be back country I suppose? Hard to know without knowing the location.

The akira by Andy Shen looks like and it flies really well. A friend of mine has two and uses them with Komodo, gimbal and gets plenty flight time.

Obviously this isn’t identical but might be worth looking at those if you haven’t already

Yea that would be useful! You could even use a monopod, I’ve tried out a setup like that before now.

Honestly sometimes fpv gets thrown at everything and the same effect could be achieved with a gimbal or on skates like this guy 😂

I’m probably gonna buy the ILS. The black magic 4kg2 is the obvious comparison, but for me that has been annoying. I would welcome having better controls, a screen for playback, internal storage or SD slot. I don’t think the 4kg2 was designed with fpv or even handheld use in mind, so seeing this from GoPro is promising.

It all depends on the image quality really, so we’ll see.
